2019 Sponsorship Opportunities

ADVANCED GRAZING SCHOOL

                       July 16th - July 17th

Meal sponsor ($800)

This sponsorship is for anyone wishing to sponsor one of the lunches that will provided to the participants. Meal sponsors will be recognized immediately prior to the sponsored meal and given a chance to briefly (5-10 min.) speak about their products to the group, as well as having their company logo on the agenda, web page, and Advanced Grazing School Notebook. In addition, sponsorship provides for registration for one person with the company (registration for additional persons is $35/person), area to display products or literature inside the conference area or outside the conference building (if it involves equipment), and all the same materials, refreshments, and meals provided to the participants.

Break sponsor ($400)

This sponsorship is for anyone wishing to sponsor one of the breaks for refreshments that will be provided to the participants. Break sponsors will be recognized immediately prior to the sponsored break, as well as having their company logo on the agenda, web page, and Advanced Grazing School. In addition, sponsorship provides for registration for one person with the company (registration for additional persons is $35/person), area to display products or literature inside the conference area or outside the conference building (if it involves equipment), and all the same materials, refreshments, and meals provided to the participants.

Exhibitor ($300)

This sponsorship is for anyone wishing to display products or literature inside the conference area and/or equipment outdoors. (Those wishing to have an outdoor display should call to discuss options).

We plan to have hands on activities and equipment displays as well. If you'd like to set up an example of a product or equipment or demonstrate something while there, let me know. We'd be happy to work it out. Anyone who wishes to be an equipment exhibitor must be a break or meal sponsor to do so.

So that you know, producers pay $100/person to attend this event. Also, this program attracts very serious producers. It is skewed toward progressive producers who have figured out that the way "granddaddy did it" isn't cutting it. We also normally attract a large number of "newer" producers, who are just getting started. As a result, they are a fairly progressive group, and I think you'll find this to be a great opportunity to network.
